About Us

The Cakelicious Bakery was created by Folake Rotimi and Funke Olayinka. A team of two sisters that have a taste for the sweet things in life particularly cakes.

 

Our early childhood memories begins with the surgery smell of a freshly baked cake in our mother’s bakery shop in Port-Harcourt, Nigeria. The taste of the scrumptious cake as we ran around the kitchen leaking the icing off our hands created a passion for pastries.

 

Proudly inspired by our mother, Juliet Olayinka’s work and creativity in the bakery industry for over 20 years we decided to open a family bakery. The goal is to make cakes that not only looks elegant and tastes luxurious but makes you feel valued as a customer.

 

At Cakelicious we believe cake is a taste of luxury everyone should be able to enjoy and afford. After all, it did start a French Revolution. So, to our future customers we hope to bring you joy on your special day.
